Calm the waters…


This is such an accurate analogy. We get so wrapped up in the craziness of daily life that we can’t possibly see the light at the end of the tunnel. Things no longer make sense, or even seem possible.

Sometimes it takes reaching out to others to gain new perspectives on how to simply allow life to calm down. Acknowledge your stressors – they are always going to exist to some degree. But when we learn to accept what is, and learn to recognize those stressors easier, then those life waters will start to calm down. It is in that moment of calm that it will all suddenly become so clear.
