We get up each morning and go through a normal routine. The exact routine we go through every day. We don’t always like it, but yet we do it anyways. For some reason, we have this mindset that we cannot change a thing. All change doesn’t have to be a huge thing. Even a small, subtle change will accomplish the feeling that you have the power to do something different. Then if you make one small change today, you will be more likely to make another change tomorrow, or next week. While change is a scary thing…it is often a good thing.
