It means pretty much what you think. There comes a cerian point in your life when you have to step back and reevaluate your life and what’s truly important. You must be willing to shed the toxins from your life that are weighing you down. This can mean possessions, habits or even people. Remember, not everything, nor everyone, that comes into your life is meant to be there forever. Most are only there for a season. There is no concrete answer to how long a season is either. It could be a day, a week, a year, or even 10. But, until you have learned whatever it is from them, they will be there.
Pay strong attention to the signs that indicate that the season is over, and learn to let go.
Shed the negativity, shed the toxins. Shed everything that no longer serves you. It is something that we all need to do, on a somewhat regular basis. It’s not going to be easy, nor enjoyable. But regardless, it is a necessity.
So what better way to finish out the year and start the new year with a refreshed outlook. It’s time to get all your cleansing done.
